Key responsibilities & impact

Oversee day-to-day operations within an assigned function
Manage all aspects of Operations and Account Management
Lead direct reports and attain daily operational goals within the assigned functional area
Manage customer service satisfaction and expectation management
Manage staffing performance and development of exempt and non-exempt employees
Manage day-to-day planning and scheduling

Requirements

What you’ll need

Candidates must be available and willing to work a flexible schedule across various work shifts because customer operations span 24/7
High school diploma/GED required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or Supply Chain preferred
Two (2) years or more relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, warehouse, or an industry-related field required
One (1) year or more direct supervisory/leadership experience required
Ability to work within international functional teams
Advanced analytical ability for unusual and difficult problems
Demonstrated technical and professional skills in a job-related area
Ability to provide off-shift support during critical customer network disruptions or crises
Timely decision-making
Strong oral and written communication skills
Ability to create and maintain professional relationships at all organizational levels
Ability to work independently and as a team member
Flexibility and self-direction in a fast-paced environment
Ability to multitask; highly organized with excellent time-management skills
Detail-oriented with excellent follow-up practices
