Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Candidates must be available and willing to work a flexible schedule across various work shifts because customer operations span 24/7
  • High school diploma/GED required
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or Supply Chain preferred
  • Two (2) years or more relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, warehouse, or an industry-related field required
  • One (1) year or more direct supervisory/leadership experience required
  • Ability to work within international functional teams
  • Advanced analytical ability for unusual and difficult problems
  • Demonstrated technical and professional skills in a job-related area
  • Ability to provide off-shift support during critical customer network disruptions or crises
  • Timely decision-making
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to create and maintain professional relationships at all organizational levels
  • Ability to work independently and as a team member
  • Flexibility and self-direction in a fast-paced environment
