About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • design, configuration, optimization, and ongoing support of Workday Payroll for U.S. and Canada payroll operations
  • serve as the primary Workday Payroll HRIS subject matter expert
  • support complex payroll configuration including pay components, calculated fields, conditional rules, eligibility criteria, accumulations, and payroll processing configuration
  • analyze and troubleshoot complex payroll system issues
  • lead Workday testing activities for system enhancements, semi-annual Workday releases, payroll system updates
  • evaluate Workday functionality, releases, and industry best practices

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree required in related field
  • Five (5) years or more experience in HRIS experience with hands-on Workday Payroll configuration
  • Five (5) years or more experience supporting large, multi-state and/or multi-country payroll operations
  • Workday Payroll Certification preferred
