About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

design, configuration, optimization, and ongoing support of Workday Payroll for U.S. and Canada payroll operations
serve as the primary Workday Payroll HRIS subject matter expert
support complex payroll configuration including pay components, calculated fields, conditional rules, eligibility criteria, accumulations, and payroll processing configuration
analyze and troubleshoot complex payroll system issues
lead Workday testing activities for system enhancements, semi-annual Workday releases, payroll system updates
evaluate Workday functionality, releases, and industry best practices

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree required in related field
Five (5) years or more experience in HRIS experience with hands-on Workday Payroll configuration
Five (5) years or more experience supporting large, multi-state and/or multi-country payroll operations
Workday Payroll Certification preferred
