About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide leadership in the design, development and delivery of technology enabled applications, products and services
Participate and provide input into the design, redesign and development of technology products and applications
Lead and manage the design and implementation of new software development and enhancement efforts
Assist users with the isolation and resolution of software issues by leading root-cause analysis
Partner with the business to establish long-term strategic business and systems objectives
Address day-to-day production support fixes
Work with team members and subject matter experts to produce requirements and design documents
Document all specifications and requirements for implementation and develop Business Process Procedures (BPPs)
Provide support for functional testing

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's Degree in preferably in Computer Science, Logistics, Transportation or Business
5 years or more in application development or technology management OR Master's degree with 2+ years of relevant experience
MS-SQL/SSIS-SSRS Expert
Warehouse Management Systems Advanced
C#/.Net/ASP Beginner
Web Services/API Beginner
Manhattan SCALE / SCI Intermediate
Integration Software using ANSI X12, XML, and Database Tables Intermediate
