Key responsibilities & impact

Supervision of security staff for the safety and protection of all Ryder personnel at the Boston, MA Facility.
Ensure that access control is maintained at all times.
Develop security procedures to be adhered to by security staff.
Ensure that equipment pertinent to the security operation is serviced and maintained and in operable condition.

What you’ll need

H.S. diploma/GED required
Associate's degree preferred in related field
Five (5) years or more experience in Security or Law Enforcement required
Three (3) years or more spent at supervisor or above level required
Law Enforcement School Certification
