About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage the end-to-end sales process including titling, licensing and legal sale documents.
Work directly with prospective and established customers to gather all applicable information needed to enhance their overall experience.
Maintain vehicle sales compliance with local, state, federal and other regulatory agencies.
Support the Inside Vehicle Sales Manager in maximizing sales time by streamlining support activities and improving current processes.

Requirements

What you’ll need

H.S. diploma/GED required
One (1) year or more in Sales/administrative support required
Strong written communication skills
Customer service experience — any industry considered
Comfortable with basic computer skills: keyboard shortcuts, file management, basic Excel navigation and collaborative spreadsheet work.
Organized, personable, tech-comfortable and ready to be a real contributor on a close team.
