Sales Development Representative

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Represent Ryder’s products and services with comprehensive knowledge.
- Move leads through the marketing funnel, connecting them to the right salesperson.
- Identify and drive cross-selling opportunities across Ryder business segments.
- Follow up with potential customers who expressed interest.
- Work closely with other Sales teams to develop account intelligence.
- Load all customer interactions into CRM and set up proper follow-up activities.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree required Business, Logistics, or related field or two (2) additional years of required experience.
- One (1) year or more Business related experience required.
- MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc) intermediate required.
