About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- responsible for analysis and utilization of continuous improvement tools to design Supply Chain Solutions
- transforms complex logistics data into actionable insights to optimize vehicle distribution across North America
- drives network efficiency, cost competitiveness, and service performance through advanced analytics, modeling, and cross-functional collaboration
- analyze end-to-end finished vehicle distribution performance across the U.S., Canada, and Mexico
- validate network performance (Actual vs. Forecast) and identify key variances and improvement opportunities
- define and optimize transportation strategies balancing cost, service, and vehicle quality
- conduct pre- and post-implementation impact analysis for network redesigns and routing changes
- build data-driven business cases quantifying cost savings, service improvements, and volume impact
- support sourcing, investment, and strategic decisions with clear, defensible analysis
- build and automate scalable analytics tools and reporting solutions
- standardize data, definitions, and reporting methodologies
- support business needs through targeted data mining and rapid analysis
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree required
- Engineering, Business, Supply Chain or a minimum of 8 years relevant work experience
- Master's degree preferred
- Industrial Engineering and/or Masters Degree
- Four (4) years or more related work experience required
- Total Work Systems (TQM) Certified
- Six Sigma Green Belt
- Production and Inventory Management (CPIM)
