Key responsibilities & impact
  • responsible for analysis and utilization of continuous improvement tools to design Supply Chain Solutions
  • transforms complex logistics data into actionable insights to optimize vehicle distribution across North America
  • drives network efficiency, cost competitiveness, and service performance through advanced analytics, modeling, and cross-functional collaboration
  • analyze end-to-end finished vehicle distribution performance across the U.S., Canada, and Mexico
  • validate network performance (Actual vs. Forecast) and identify key variances and improvement opportunities
  • define and optimize transportation strategies balancing cost, service, and vehicle quality
  • conduct pre- and post-implementation impact analysis for network redesigns and routing changes
  • build data-driven business cases quantifying cost savings, service improvements, and volume impact
  • support sourcing, investment, and strategic decisions with clear, defensible analysis
  • build and automate scalable analytics tools and reporting solutions
  • standardize data, definitions, and reporting methodologies
  • support business needs through targeted data mining and rapid analysis

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Engineering, Business, Supply Chain or a minimum of 8 years relevant work experience
  • Master's degree preferred
  • Industrial Engineering and/or Masters Degree
  • Four (4) years or more related work experience required
  • Total Work Systems (TQM) Certified
  • Six Sigma Green Belt
  • Production and Inventory Management (CPIM)
