About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

conceptualizing, designing, prototyping and delivering compelling and intuitive experiences for customer-facing web and mobile applications
Working closely with product teams and digital analysts
Translate ideas into customer experiences, flows, wireframes and mockups
Help develop strategies around conducting usability tests
Optimize existing user interface designs and test new ideas before implementing
Create journey maps, user profiles, user cases/scenarios, and personas
Communicate and ardently defend good user experience design to stakeholders

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree preferred in Psychology, Visual Design, Communications, Computer Science or related field
H.S. diploma/GED required
Vocational training in related field and/or experience with industry tools
Five (5) years or more Designing customer-facing products on web and mobile required
Five (5) years or more Gathering and evaluating user requirements, in collaboration with product managers and engineers required
Invision and Sketch tools advanced required
Adobe Photoshop advanced required
