Key responsibilities & impact

provide sourcing support to the Recruiting teams and their open positions by prescreening and scheduling quality candidate interviews
identify and interact with potential passive candidates
serve as the primary point of contact for incoming candidates
facilitate/coordinate interviews
match candidates' skills to available openings in their area
provide broader Human Resources department support, including developing talent pipelines for future hiring needs
maintaining employee profiles
perform employment screenings
provide administrative and compliance support to the Recruitment team

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree preferred in related field
