About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Responsible for design, development, and maintenance of dynamic eLearning, instructor led, blended or performance support training solutions and tools
  • Creates learning content and testing to support major training and assessment initiatives
  • Consults with subject matter experts and business owners to develop instructional objectives, content, and implementation strategies
  • Organizes projects to accomplish deliverables while adhering to scope and timeline
  • Collaborates in the development and implementation of best practices in instructional technologies, tools, and processes
  • Designs and develops learning project proposals
  • Ensures instructional design solutions are appropriately matched to objectives and desired outcomes

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree required in Business, education, instructional design technology, education technology, or related area
  • minimum 8 years equivalent work experience in designing and developing e-learning, instructor-led, blended or performance support training materials and/or solutions
  • Five (5) years or more experience in an education or business environment
  • Three (3) years or more assessing, designing, developing, and implementing learning solutions
  • Experience with Articulate 360 Suite
  • Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
  • Knowledge of at least one authoring/development tool such as Storyline
  • Ability to work closely with clients and subject matter experts to develop training strategies and solutions
  • Knowledge of how to analyze information and identify needs and training/non-training solutions
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office: Word, PowerPoint, Access, and Excel
