About the role
- sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer (negotiation & acceptance) completion of contractor hiring administrative processes
- on-boarding of new contractors
- administrating defined external/internal recruitment processes
- developing/managing relationships with Dedicated Senior Operations Team, Hiring Managers, Human Resources, and recruitment team-mates
- recruitment updates and keeping the management team informed of market conditions affecting contractor recruitment
Requirements
- H.S. Diploma/GED
- 2 years or more in experience
- Full life-cycle recruiting experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Access, Excel, Word, Power Point, and Outlook) Intermediate
