💰 $85,000 - $90,000 per year

About the role

  • maintaining, monitoring, and developing the Workday HCM module
  • assists in gathering business requirements, troubleshooting issues, and implementing changes to improve and streamline processes
  • supports HRIS team with release upgrades, providing training as well as ensuring data integrity throughout the system
  • work with HR business partners and stakeholders to identify needs
  • configure Workday modules to meet business requirements
  • execute mass data changes in core system inclusive of EIB
  • document procedures, workflows, and system configurations
  • provide support for HRIS including researching and resolving HRIS problems
  • manage system security, user access, and permissions to ensure data integrity and confidentiality

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in computer science, information technology, human resource management, or other related field
  • 3 years or more in HRIS systems, preferably in Workday HCM
  • Experience with systems implementation and project management techniques is a plus
  • MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access, and Outlook Advanced
  • Experience with Workday HCM Core HR module
  • Experience with Workday HCM Security
  • Experience with Workday HCM Learning module
  • Experience with Workday HCM Onboarding/Recruiting module
  • Experience with Workday HCM Talent and Performance Management module
