About the role

  • Provide timely assistance with regulatory questions, ELDs and related regulatory questions
  • Assistance with trip related transactions and handle other trip related questions and issues
  • Escalate issues as needed
  • Effectively handle all calls and follow up calls with drivers as necessary
  • Process internal requests on demand for a variety of topics
  • Accurately document all interactions, issues, and resolutions
  • Report recurring issues or trends to supervisors to help identify areas for process improvement
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of changes in policies
  • Follow all company policies and procedures when handling calls, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and internal guidelines

Requirements

  • H.S. Diploma/GED, Required
  • One (1) year to Three (3) years or more in logistics, transportation, warehouse or related field, Required
  • 1 year or more in Experience in logistics, transportation, call center environment, Preferred
  • 1 year or more in Experience with both US 49 CFR and Canadian SOR/2005-313 (hours of service regulations), Preferred
  • Knowledge of US and Canadian DOT regulations Intermediate, Preferred
  • Basic computer and typing skills Intermediate, Required
