About the role
- apply advanced skills to resolve complex problems independently
- participate in definition of obligations and selection of approaches to solutions
- recommend modifications to processes to resolve situations
- contribute to the completion of organizational projects and goals
- perform complex level analysis and problem solving to assist in the development of business processes, products and services
- identify and use analytical techniques to gather, assess and evaluate data
- prepare status updates and reports for management
- review and interpret business functions
- conduct audits and quality control/assurance practices
- perform needs assessments
- work with constituents to develop concepts
- lend support to lower-level analysts
- develop documentation and user manuals as directed
- function as a Team Lead, providing guidance and support to lower-level employees
- perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- H.S. diploma/GED
- Associate's degree, preferred
- Bachelor's degree, preferred
- Four (4) years or more experience in accounting/financial with the H.S. Diploma
- Three (3) years or more experience of working with the Associates degree preferred
- One (1) year or more experience with a bachelor's degree preferred
