About the role
- Support multiple product teams in analyzing customer, operations and IoT data sets
- Write SQL queries and perform data analysis across multiple database and data warehouse systems
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI (or similar BI/visualization tools)
- Translate data into actionable insights that influence strategy, product enhancements, and operational improvements
- Perform ad-hoc analysis to answer business-critical questions and deliver insights to stakeholders
- Collaborate on productizing ML-based solutions
- Collaborate on Generative AI initiatives, contributing to prompt engineering, observability
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required in Economics, Math, Computer Science, Business, Engineering, Finance, or similar field
- 2 - 3 years working with large data sets, reporting and analysis required
- Strong proficiency in SQL and experience working with Snowflake (or other cloud data warehouses)
- Hands-on experience with Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar BI/visualization tools
- Familiarity with AI/ML workflows (e.g., preparing datasets, feature analysis, monitoring models)
- Nice-to-Haves: Exposure to Python or R for data analysis or automation
- Experience working with LLM, ML or other AI technologies
- Understanding of statistical methods and A/B testing
