About the role
- Develop leads through cold calls, telephone solicitation and customer visits.
- Assess customer's needs and develops a proposal through the use of product knowledge.
- Work with rental operations to ensure the equipment is available.
- Responsible for marketing at the branch level.
- Maintain contact with customers through multiple visits and phone calls to ensure quality service.
- Handle customer complaints and stay abreast of customer needs and long-term rentals.
- Administration of proposal and contract development, maintaining customer files, and coordinating with other departments.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required in Marketing or 5 years equivalent job related experience
- One (1) year or more sales experience or equivalent sales training required
- Three (3) years or more sales experience preferred
- One (1) year or more Industry experience preferred
