About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support Ryan’s enterprise-wide internal communications strategy
- Develop and execute internal communication campaigns supporting enterprise initiatives, organizational change, and cultural engagement
- Draft, edit, and format emails, intranet posts, leadership messages, talking points, FAQs, and slide decks
- Collaborate with HR/People Group, Marketing, Business Operations, and other cross-functional partners
- Manage logistics and content coordination for newsletters, leadership updates, and town halls
- Maintain content calendars, messaging plans, and communication channels including intranet, email, and digital signage
- Collect feedback and analyze engagement metrics to support communication effectiveness reporting
- Maintain consistent tone, style, branding, accessibility, and clarity across internal channels
- Coordinate and execute live and virtual internal events such as leadership Q&As, culture sessions, and organizational announcements
- Manage project teams, assign work, check work for accuracy and completeness, and train employees
- Report to the Manager, Internal Communications and align under the Chief of Staff and VP, Business Operations
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field
- 2–4 years of experience in internal communications, corporate communications, or employee engagement
- Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with an eye for tone and detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Familiarity with intranet platforms, email campaign tools, and digital content platforms is a plus
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Collaborative and resourceful, with a positive attitude and a passion for storytelling and culture-building
- Experience in a professional services or large corporate environment preferred
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook, Smartsheet, Power BI, and Internet navigation and research
