About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Conduct engagement reviews to evaluate key touchpoints across the client journey
Assess compliance with Firm governance
Provide actionable recommendations to enhance client experience and minimise risk
Evaluate client service issues and support clear, consistent standards across the client journey
Report findings and recommendations to leadership and key stakeholders
Build relationships with leaders and team members and serve as a trusted advisor
Collaborate with practices to recommend enhancements supporting a consistent client experience and Ryan’s brand promise
Identify and communicate learning opportunities to Practice Leaders, Principals, and Talent Effectiveness
Safeguard confidential information and sensitive material
Assist with Firm initiatives and perform other assigned duties
Anticipate and proactively deliver expected results for the executive leadership team
Organise and prioritise multiple tasks to meet client needs promptly

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
Six to eight years of experience in tax services
Three years of supervisory experience preferred
Intermediate skills in Microsoft Access, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word
Internet navigation and research skills
Advanced written, visual, and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and thoroughness
Problem-solving and process improvement skills
Ability to apply artificial intelligence (AI), analytics, and process automation
Strong multitasking and organisational skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
