About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead and oversee the development and execution of practice area-specific marketing campaigns and programs
  • Create high-impact campaign and channel strategies based on business and audience priorities to drive revenue growth
  • Align marketing programs with professional services buying processes, sales cycles, cross-selling, and client retention/expansion
  • Serve as liaison between Marketing and client-facing practice and sales teams
  • Monitor and report program performance and align marketing and business development to increase conversion
  • Collaborate with marketing and practice colleagues across regions and practices
  • Lead end-to-end marketing campaigns to maximize lead generation
  • Build marketing and sales collateral, presentations, and content aligned with corporate brand standards
  • Analyze performance and segment audiences for targeted outbound programs
  • Develop, maintain, and analyze intelligence on current and prospective competitors
  • Recommend innovative marketing programs to attract new clients and grow existing key accounts
  • Determine optimal channel mix across content marketing, paid media, email, social, sponsorships/memberships, and other channels
  • Create customer-centric messaging and campaign assets differentiating Ryan’s value
  • Manage development, design, copywriting, and production of marketing content with creative teams and agencies
  • Gather, analyze, and track campaign data while maintaining plans and priorities
  • Build and maintain an internal communications plan, including emails, enablement, and sales support materials
  • Develop and ensure consistent messaging and strategic positioning across materials, events, and campaign assets
  • Maintain awareness of Firm activities affecting branding initiatives and procedural guidelines
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree (B.A., B.B.A., or B.S.) from a four-year college or university, preferably in Business, Marketing, or Communications
  • Minimum of 5 years of related work experience
  • Ability to execute projects and responsibilities with minimal direction
  • Professional and articulate manner
  • Intermediate skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • Experience with marketing automation solutions such as Pardot, Marketo, Eloqua, or HubSpot
  • Familiarity with Power BI, ClickUp, and SmartSheet
  • Valid driver’s license required
