About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Supports the Operations Manager in driving key operational initiatives that enhance the efficiency and scalability of RLS Legal Services.
- Focuses on two core areas: managing the transition of Ryan clients to RLS Legal Services Agreements and supporting the intake of legal cases into Lead Docket and Filevine.
- Helps maintain and improve digital workflows that leverage Smartsheet, Property Point, Salesforce, Lead Docket, and Filevine.
- Collaborates with tax consultants, attorneys, and the RLS India team to ensure accurate data management and seamless case processing.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required, MBA preferred
- Five years of experience in the professional services industry
- Experience at Ryan is preferred, but not required
- Legal assistant experience and relevant experience supporting a larger legal firm preferred
- Advanced skills in Microsoft® Smartsheet, Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook
- Candidate will be trained in third party software programs used by RLS, including Lead Docket, and Filevine
- Ability to work with large quantities of electronic data and data fields
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Effective presentation skills
- Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness
- Sense of urgency and able to work self sufficiently
- Demonstrates willingness to be flexible and adaptable to changing priorities
- Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team-based environment
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills
