About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Prepare transfer pricing reports and conduct business valuations for tax and financial reporting
  • Respond to client inquiries and requests from tax authorities
  • Perform highly technical analyses in the valuing of business enterprises and their securities
  • Determine appropriate discounts for lack of marketability and lack of control for equity securities
  • Draft and assist in the preparation of memos and reports
  • Research and review country-specific tax and transfer pricing regulations

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Master’s and/or bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics
  • At least four years of financial analyst related experience
  • Strong grasp of discounted cash flow and comparable analysis techniques
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft® Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Experience with Access and PowerPI is a bonus
  • Knowledge of creating VB macros in MS Excel, MS Word or MS Access will be a plus
  • Experience with research databases such as CapitalIQ is preferred
