About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Prepare transfer pricing reports and conduct business valuations for tax and financial reporting
Respond to client inquiries and requests from tax authorities
Perform highly technical analyses in the valuing of business enterprises and their securities
Determine appropriate discounts for lack of marketability and lack of control for equity securities
Draft and assist in the preparation of memos and reports
Research and review country-specific tax and transfer pricing regulations

Requirements

What you’ll need

Master’s and/or bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics
At least four years of financial analyst related experience
Strong grasp of discounted cash flow and comparable analysis techniques
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft® Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Experience with Access and PowerPI is a bonus
Knowledge of creating VB macros in MS Excel, MS Word or MS Access will be a plus
Experience with research databases such as CapitalIQ is preferred
