About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Recruit, screen, assess, and hire candidates for administrative positions
- Guide candidates through all stages of the recruitment process
- Maintain relationships with staffing agencies and temporary service providers
- Create a positive experience for team members
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers
- Organize and manage interview schedules
- Extend offers and negotiate with candidates
- Conduct background checks and assessments
Requirements
What you’ll need- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Two to four years of prior recruiting experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft® Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and web research/browsing
- Valid driver's license required
- Must be bilingual in French and English
