Key responsibilities & impact

Drive execution of internal and external technology projects to completion
Coordinate project activities, maintain project plans, and track timelines
Support client-facing licensed software implementations and internal initiatives
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external clients
Create, maintain, and execute communication plans and protocols
Ensure projects remain on track in accordance with SOWs or project documentation
Interact with internal and external stakeholders to understand business needs
Manage project risks and issues, escalating to appropriate stakeholders
Assist with requirements gathering and translating business needs into actionable tasks
Prepare and distribute project status reports and documentation

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree or higher in business management, tax, computer science, information systems (MIS) or equivalent STEM degrees or certifications, or equivalent professional experience
3+ years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
Able to apply project management domain expertise with good judgment and impactful communication
Proven ability to develop and cultivate meaningful relationships with internal/external clients
Experience with Microsoft tools (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Access)
Strong experience and understanding of AI tools
Experience with project management tools such as ClickUp (preferred), Jira, Asana, or similar
Experience with one or more data analytics and/or visualization platforms
Any project, process, or program management certifications, such as PMP, CSM, PMI-ACP, Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt Certification.
Valid driver’s license (required)
