About the role
- Lead and deliver projects to help clients secure Federal and state income tax incentives
- Manage key project workstreams, analyze financial and technical data, and conduct tax research
- Support audit defense and prepare and review technical deliverables
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients
- Collaborate with cross-functional tax teams and provide guidance to Consultants
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and contribute to process improvement across the practice
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Engineering, Science, or related field
- Minimum of one to four years of Federal income tax, tax incentives, R&D credit, or related tax consulting experience
- Strong analytical, communication, writing, and project coordination skills
- Proven ability to manage workstreams, lead client interactions, and review team deliverables
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft® Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook, and web-based research tools
- Familiarity with legal/technical tax research platforms preferred
- Valid driver’s license required
