About the role
- Leads and delivers projects that help clients identify, document, calculate, and secure Federal and state income tax incentives
- Manages key project workstreams, analyzes financial and technical data, conducts tax research, supports audit defense, and prepares and reviews technical deliverables
- Serves as a primary point of contact for clients, collaborates with cross-functional tax teams, and provides guidance and review for Consultants on the team
- Facilitates knowledge sharing and contributes to process improvement across the practice
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Construction-related fields
- Four-year college degree from an accredited institution in practice-relevant area with 3+ years practice-relevant experience
- Must have excellent organization and time management skills
- Strong analytical, communication, writing, and project coordination skills
- Proven ability to manage workstreams, lead client interactions, and review team deliverables
