About the role
- Review and analyze financial data to identify trends, discrepancies, and financial performance.
- Develop comprehensive financial reports for management, regulators, and other stakeholders.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts, and report variances.
- Develop and maintain financial models for decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with accounting policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Identify opportunities for process and policy improvements and work towards their implementation.
- Collaborate with other departments to gather information, resolve issues, and provide financial insights.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting
- Minimum of 6 months of relevant experience
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Financial Analyst (CFA) is preferred
