About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the team with binding processes
- Navigate carrier portals to complete bind orders efficiently
- Process paperwork and follow up on outstanding documentation
- Handle endorsement requests and processing
- Gather and organize required information to complete files
- Set up and maintain files, including importing documentation as needed
- Request necessary information from agents in a timely manner
- Collaborate with carriers to resolve questions and disputes
- Provide general team support as needed
- Continuously build knowledge of the industry and the role of wholesale within it
Requirements
What you’ll need- BA/BS degree in Business or Risk Management
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in a related field or similar role
- Knowledge of insurance and policy issuance systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
