About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Responsible for administration of assigned projects, working with schedules, cost projections, contracts, and project status reports
Participate in owner/client sales presentations
Design development, budget preparation, and project schedule
Prepare and control budget, schedule, and bid documents; negotiate and award subcontracts; prepare profit projections
Conduct jobsite coordination meetings and job status reports
Conduct project close-out duties, including final cost, punch list, final billing, and final collection of fees
Prepare owner contracts for review
Assist in navigation of permitting and entitlements process
Schedule and run key project milestone meetings
Work with superintendents to create and execute the Project Specific Quality Plan (PSQP)
Active engagement in a professional or community organization

Requirements

What you’ll need

At least 6 years of commercial construction experience
Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field
Advanced knowledge of estimating techniques, cost control, and material pricing
Experience with Microsoft Project
Minimum of six months of estimating/preconstruction and Field experience each
Good understanding of project management tools including Textura, Procore, Building Connected, Bluebeam, etc.
Proven ability to manage multiple project types and complexities
Strong communication with superintendents, subcontractors and owner/clients
