About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Utilize internal job description to create external requisition format.
Work with team to refine and confirm the final description.
Manage the BIM coordination process with limited oversight and leverage VDC tools to reduce project risk.
Understand VDC Requirements contracts and assist in adjusting them for project specific requirements.
Independently manage the BIM process during the early design phase coordination.
Manage the scheduling, agenda creation, and running of key project milestone meetings.
Create project BIM Execution Plan and independently run BIM kickoff meetings.
Manage change process and incorporate updates to the federated model accessible by all project partners.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Advanced knowledge of building construction and BIM processes.
Advanced communication skills, verbal and written.
Intermediate ability to conduct effective presentations.
Ability to quickly and effectively solve complex problems.
Bachelor's degree in architecture, civil engineering, mechanical engineering, construction management or BIM-related field or related two-year certificate combined with a minimum of 2 years industry experience.
5 + years commercial construction experience in a BIM or VDC related role.
Advanced skills with BIM technology solutions including but not limited to: Autodesk Revit, Autodesk Navisworks, Autodesk Construction Cloud, Autodesk AutoCAD, Bentley Synchro 4D, Rhino, Bluebeam, Procore BIM processes and workflows.
Ability to build relationships and collaborate within a team, internally and externally.
Willingness to travel, and/or relocate, as needed to execute projects.
