About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Assist the project team in the completion of designated projects.
Help generate Requests For Information (RFIs) and track approvals.
Monitor and maintain shop drawing log and shop drawing coordination.
Learn project dimensional control requirements while field verifying dimensions.
Assist in the coordination and tracking of Vendor and Subcontractor deliveries.
Learn Ryan Safety Policies and Procedures.
Understand overall site logistics and permit inspection process.
Keep office and jobsite plans updated with RFIs and ASIs.
Record Punchlist items and monitor completion of Punchlist work.
Participate in preparing and updating the project schedule.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Engineering/Management or related field.
1+ year of experience in commercial construction.
Willingness to travel as needed to execute projects.
General knowledge of estimating techniques, cost control and material pricing.
Ability to read and understand engineering drawings, purchase orders, contracts, and cost coding systems.
Experience in Construction Management Software (i.e. Procore).
Design-build commercial construction experience.
Position requires verification of employment to work in the U.S.
