About the role
- Administration of assigned projects, including specific phases of project management under supervision
- Managing assigned project team members and subcontractors
- Cultivating and growing project owner relationships
- Engagement in the project preconstruction process including developing bid procedures, bid reviews
- Management of Quality Assurance/Quality Control Program and required commissioning processes
- Leadership in construction risk evaluation, contract negotiations, and budget decisions
- Prepare and manage project budgets and schedules
- Lead Construction progress meetings
- Oversee design development
Requirements
- At least 4 years of proven experience in the commercial construction industry
- A bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management/Science, or equivalent work experience
- Mission Critical Data Center project experience (preferred)
- Proven knowledge of complex mission critical MEP systems
- Thorough understanding of early turnover dates and mission critical commissioning processes
- Experience with critical work Methods of Procedures process
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Procore, P6, and other management tools
