💰 $100,000 - $130,000 per year

About the role

  • Administration of assigned projects, including specific phases of project management under supervision
  • Managing assigned project team members and subcontractors
  • Cultivating and growing project owner relationships
  • Engagement in the project preconstruction process including developing bid procedures, bid reviews
  • Management of Quality Assurance/Quality Control Program and required commissioning processes
  • Leadership in construction risk evaluation, contract negotiations, and budget decisions
  • Prepare and manage project budgets and schedules
  • Lead Construction progress meetings
  • Oversee design development

Requirements

  • At least 4 years of proven experience in the commercial construction industry
  • A bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management/Science, or equivalent work experience
  • Mission Critical Data Center project experience (preferred)
  • Proven knowledge of complex mission critical MEP systems
  • Thorough understanding of early turnover dates and mission critical commissioning processes
  • Experience with critical work Methods of Procedures process
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Procore, P6, and other management tools
