About the role
- Coordinate people and processes to instill a “security first” mindset
- Lead management of risk and compliance of intellectual property
- Oversee day-to-day network and cyber tool monitoring
- Enforce policies and procedures to ensure compliance with standards
- Implement a security-readiness plan for incident response
- Implement controls and monitoring capabilities for security posture
Requirements
- Experience in Information Security and risk management
- Strong understanding of information management and systems development
- Knowledge of industry standards and compliance requirements (CCPR, 21 CFR Part 11, SOC2, NIST SP800-53)
- Experience with Governance Risk and Compliance (GRC)
- Familiarity with Identity and Access Management frameworks
- Ability to work collaboratively with legal and technical teams
