About the role
- Responsible for the overall growth, development, and management of RXO’s Intermodal accounts
- Manage, motivate, and lead a team to build trust, credibility, and rapport with assigned customers
- Monitor account performance and proactively identify ways to improve overall profitability
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments
- Oversee all operations within assigned accounts, correct deficiencies and support issue resolution
- Provide consultative feedback to customers and identify inefficiencies within their supply chain
- Monitor and evaluate employee performance, set expectations, provide feedback, conduct performance reviews
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth coordination across all logistics functions
- Develop, implement, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures for efficient operations
- Gather, analyze, and present data to support decision-making and track performance metrics
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvements to enhance operational efficiency
Requirements
- 4 years industry experience preferred
- 2 years people management experience preferred
