About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Serve as the primary owner of client audit requests and RxBenefits’ liaison with client auditors
Intake, triage, and track audit requests to ensure timely and complete responses
Develop and maintain standardized workflows for audit response lifecycle management
Coordinate cross-functional inputs and ensure alignment across departments
Draft, review, and finalize responses to client audits
Translate technical language into clear, client-facing language
Identify gaps in documentation or processes and partner with internal teams to remediate
Support client-facing communications related to audit findings or follow-ups
Analyze audit trends and recurring requests to identify opportunities for process improvement and standardization
Create and maintain an audit response library
Escalate potential legal or compliance risks identified during audit processes
All other duties assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Legal Studies, or a related field
8+ years of relevant experience
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex topics clearly
Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort learning new technology platforms
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a cross-functional team
Familiarity with HIPAA and healthcare regulations (preferred)
Experience in pharmacy benefit management (PBM), health plan, or other healthcare-related environment (preferred)
Exposure to data governance, privacy, or compliance software tools (preferred)
