Key responsibilities & impact

Lead end-to-end product lifecycle: ideation, requirements, design, development, launch, and ongoing optimization of vended products
Use data-driven insights (customer feedback, usage metrics, competitive analysis) to inform product development efforts
Manage internal and external stakeholder communication and ensure alignment across executive, business, vendor and technical teams

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s in business administration or similar field
Minimum 3 years of PBM experience
Knowledge of Manufacturer copay card programs
Curious, creative, and strategic thinker
Strong analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills
Demonstrated ability to become a subject matter expert
Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
