About the role
- Serve as a strategic partner in implementing regulatory requirements, including new federal and state changes to PBM business practices.
- Lead process improvement initiatives across RxBenefits, from opportunity identification through execution, ensuring measurable efficiency and impact.
- Oversee day-to-day regulatory operations to ensure timely and accurate execution.
- Manage regulatory submission tracking, documentation, and reporting.
- Manage and optimize legal and regulatory technology platforms and tools, driving adoption, training, and continuous improvement.
- Oversee intake, triage, and resolution of regulatory service requests, ensuring appropriate prioritization and resource allocation.
- Lead cross-functional workgroups charged with communicating regulatory changes, acting as project manager and primary point of contact for stakeholders.
- Work with Learning and Development to design and deliver training programs to improve industry and regulatory understanding across both legal and non-legal teams.
- Develop and maintain metrics, dashboards, and reporting to track department performance and identify trends.
- Manage communications, both internally and externally, and knowledge management tools, ensuring accessibility and clarity.
- Foster a culture of operational excellence by embedding best practices, accountability, and collaboration across departments.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in regulatory operations, legal operations, corporate legal, or business operations role.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Proven ability to design and implement operational improvements with measurable results.
- Strong experience managing legal technology platforms and leveraging data analytics for decision-making.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; experience with legal tech tools (e.g., contract lifecycle management, e-billing, matter management).
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across levels and functions.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and change management skills.
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, prioritize effectively, and deliver results under pressure.
