About the role

  • Provide linguistic services to the production team, supply chain team, and the customer
  • Work with supply chain team in recruitment efforts (evaluating suitability of candidates; onboarding successful candidates, etc.)
  • Manage continuous and proactive development, design and implementation of quality management methodologies, special linguistic services (quality reporting and monitoring, vendor training, language asset development & maintenance, etc.)
  • Deliver assigned linguistic services tasks (e.g. enforcement of linguistic guidelines, proactively manage quality across assigned languages, investigate and compile RCA/CAPAs, locale/geo-specific recommendations, LLM-related tasks, etc.)
  • Proactively analyze quality trends across locales/content types/teams; plan, implement & own improvement plans
  • Provide training to translators and other linguistic stakeholders

Requirements

  • Linguistic education is a must or equivalent working experiences
  • Min. 3 years working experience (ideally in a customer/client facing role in quality management, with a background as translator/editor)
  • Perfect command of spoken and written English
  • Native level of one other language besides English
  • Confident using Microsoft Office software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Experience working with CAT tools (Trados, Phrase etc.)
  • Strong coordinating and communication skills (providing training, communication with customers, relaying difficult feedback to linguists)
  • Must be capable of working in fast-paced, dynamic environment with frequent changes in process & systems
  • Strong aptitude for multi-tasking & prioritization
  • Ability to follow complex, detailed instructions
  • Strong sense of accountability – the quality team drive and own quality results
  • Attention to detail
  • Analytical mindset & advanced problem-solving skills
  • Focus on quality and service delivery
