About the role
- Manage projects from quote approval through delivery and closeout
- Act as a main client contact for assigned accounts and provide clear, regular status updates
- Coordinate with internal teams such as Language Delivery, Technical Services, Quality Assurance and Supply Chain
- Prepare and manage project schedules, budgets and resources, including purchase orders and invoices
- Identify risks early and address issues before they impact timelines, quality or cost
- Ensure projects meet quality standards, client requirements and ISO processes
- Lead client meetings, presentations and post project reviews when needed
- Maintain project documentation, reporting and system updates
- Support account development through forecasting, efficiency improvements and collaboration with account teams
- Share feedback, suggest process improvements and support junior team members when required
Requirements
- Three to five years of project management experience in localization or translation
- Experience working with clients and managing multiple projects at once
- Familiarity with CAT tools such as Trados and basic publishing tools
- Strong communication skills in English, written and spoken
- Well organized, reliable and comfortable working to deadlines
- Able to make decisions and solve issues with minimal supervision
- PMP certification or additional languages are a plus
