About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead consultative sales meetings with K–12 schools in the U.S., identifying needs and presenting tailored educational solutions.
- Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, follow-ups, objection handling, proposal negotiation, and closing partnerships.
- Maintain an organized and accurate sales pipeline in the CRM, ensuring reliable visibility and predictability.
- Manage and grow a portfolio of school accounts, including renewals and upsell opportunities.
- Build strong relationships with school leaders and key stakeholders.
- Conduct on-site school visits when necessary to strengthen partnerships and support implementation.
- Create and monitor onboarding and project timelines to ensure a smooth experience for partner schools.
- Provide ongoing support via phone, email, messaging apps, and video calls.
- Serve as a bridge between schools and internal teams, sharing feedback and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress
- Advanced proficiency in English (full professional fluency)
- Valid driver’s license
- Strong planning and organizational skills
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence
- Time management and collaborative mindset
