About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead consultative sales meetings with K–12 schools in the U.S., identifying needs and presenting tailored educational solutions.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, follow-ups, objection handling, proposal negotiation, and closing partnerships.
  • Maintain an organized and accurate sales pipeline in the CRM, ensuring reliable visibility and predictability.
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of school accounts, including renewals and upsell opportunities.
  • Build strong relationships with school leaders and key stakeholders.
  • Conduct on-site school visits when necessary to strengthen partnerships and support implementation.
  • Create and monitor onboarding and project timelines to ensure a smooth experience for partner schools.
  • Provide ongoing support via phone, email, messaging apps, and video calls.
  • Serve as a bridge between schools and internal teams, sharing feedback and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress
  • Advanced proficiency in English (full professional fluency)
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Strong planning and organizational skills
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
