About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Execute the full accounts payable cycle: receipt, validation, posting, and settlement of tax and contractual documents;
- Perform bank and system reconciliations, ensuring the integrity of financial records;
- Monitor daily cash flow, tracking balances, due dates, and bank positions;
- Support treasury routines, including oversight of transfers and financial investments;
- Ensure correct allocation of payments by cost center and project;
- Identify and propose improvements to the area's financial processes;
- Collaborate with the team on monthly close and the delivery of management reports.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or a related field;
- Previous experience in accounts payable and/or treasury routines;
- Advanced Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, Power Query);
- Knowledge of financial ERPs (SAP FI, TOTVS/Protheus, or similar).
