- Prospect and qualify opportunities
- Conduct conversations with schools to understand their institutional context
- Identify challenges related to reading and student engagement
- Map decision-makers' profiles and the decision-making dynamics
- Schedule meetings for the sales team
- Record relevant information in the CRM clearly and in an organized manner
- Track individual performance metrics
- Participate in sales training and commercial alignment sessions
Requirements
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Active listening skills and ability to organize information
- Comfortable working with targets and metrics
- Organized and detail-oriented
- It would be great if you also have:
- Experience in the education sector
- Experience with CRM systems
- Previous experience in sales, pre-sales, or customer service
