About the role

  • Create, maintain, and improve dashboards and reports (Power BI / Google Sheets).
  • Extract and process data from various sources (basic knowledge of APIs and SQL).
  • Ensure data quality and integrity in the CRM (HubSpot).
  • Support sales and customer success (CS) operations with analyses and reports on pipeline, conversion rates, and productivity.
  • Create and adjust process automations using HubSpot, n8n, KNIME, Zapier, or ChatGPT.
  • Assist with documentation of processes, workflows, and integrations.
  • Propose operational and data improvements based on analysis.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in fields such as data analysis, BI, Sales Ops, CS Ops, or similar roles.
  • Knowledge of Power BI (basic modeling and dashboard creation).
  • Basic SQL knowledge (simple queries, joins, filters).
  • Familiarity with CRMs (HubSpot, Pipedrive, or others).
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Analytical thinking and strong ability to interpret metrics.
  • Interest in learning about Revenue Operations and how customer funnels work.
