About the role

  • Support the integration of RPA workflows and AI-based process solutions (e.g., chatbots, speech analysis, basic forecasting)
  • Analyze business processes and identify optimization potential through AI-driven methods
  • Design, train, and optimize machine learning models
  • Develop applications with a focus on Python
  • Contribute to AI use cases including NLP, computer vision, large language models, and retrieval-augmented generation
  • Ensure code quality, maintainability, and documentation
  • Collaborate with internal business units and IT interfaces

Requirements

  • Degree in Computer Science/Information Systems, Engineering, or an equivalent qualification
  • Strong proficiency in Python (additional programming languages desirable)
  • Solid understanding of AI and machine learning concepts
  • Experience with common frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn
  • Initial practical experience with AI applications, e.g., NLP, chatbots, or AI forecasting tools, including API-based solutions
  • Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) best practices and confident use of Git
  • Analytical, structured, and solution-oriented working style
  • High sense of responsibility and strong team skills
