About the role
- Designing compelling job advertisements and candidate profiles
- Pre-screening candidates and coordinating selection processes
- Conducting in-person interviews and telephone interviews
- Processing and updating applicant data
- Optimizing and further developing our recruiting strategies
- Participating in career fairs and networking events
- Supporting our marketing team as the interface to employer branding/personnel marketing
Requirements
- Experience in recruiting, ideally in a dynamic/fast-paced environment
- Solid knowledge of current recruiting methods and tools
- Strong communication skills and a confident presence
- Ability to manage competing priorities
- High self-motivation, reliability and a strong team spirit
- Business-fluent German
