Requirements

What you’ll need

1+ years in Sales, Account Management, or Legal (Sales exposure is key; software compliance or anti-piracy experience is a massive plus!)
High proficiency in English (written and verbal).
Additional proficiency in a regional language (e.g., Malay, Vietnamese, Thai, or Tagalog) is highly advantageous.
Comfortable with data management tools, CRM metrics, and Omni-channel communication (calls, emails, video).
Basic to intermediate skills in MS Excel or equivalents (Google Sheets, SPSS).
Strong online "detective" skills, including advanced search techniques for lead generation.
Ability to prioritize tasks under pressure and adapt to changing campaign priorities in a remote environment.
