About the role

  • Analyze telemetry data (IP addresses, usage patterns, phone-home logs) to detect potential license violations
  • Conduct comprehensive OSINT-based research to verify company information and identify stakeholders
  • Maintain and meticulously update CRM systems with accurate case data
  • Support compliance and anti-piracy investigations by compiling findings and generating reports
  • Collaborate with internal teams and clients to advance cases from notification to resolution
  • Contribute to ongoing improvements in process efficiency and data quality

Requirements

  • 1+ year of professional experience in compliance, research, investigations, or data analysis
  • A strong understanding of or deep interest in Open-Source Intelligence (OSINT) methodologies
  • Fluent English (B1+ level or higher)
  • Proficiency with tools like SQL, CRMs, databases, and advanced Excel or Google Sheets
  • Exceptional attention to detail, critical thinking capabilities, and strong time management skills
  • The ability to work independently and thrive in a remote, fast-paced environment
  • Bonus Qualifications: Direct experience in license compliance, anti-piracy, or cybersecurity
  • Professional proficiency in Spanish and/or Portuguese
  • Previous experience in customer support or engagement (email, chat, video)
