About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and Execute Growth Marketing Strategy
- Lead the U.S. Advisor & Intermediary Solutions (AIS) marketing strategy in alignment with retail sales objectives, growth priorities and strategic accounts initiatives
- Develop integrated, multi-channel marketing programs for wealth management and individual investor audiences
- Support the positioning and commercialization of new and existing investment solutions
- Serve as a strategic marketing partner to Distribution leadership, Strategic Accounts, Sales and Product Marketing
- Manage campaign timelines, budgets, stakeholder communication, and vendor coordination
- Foster a high-performance team culture focused on innovation, accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
- Develop KPIs and performance measurement frameworks to evaluate campaign effectiveness
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Finance, Business, or a related field
- 10+ years of progressive marketing experience within asset management or financial services
- Experience in marketing a range of investment products, including ETFs, SMAs, model strategies, mutual funds and private markets
- Demonstrated success leading paid media and digital demand generation programs at scale
- Proven ability to influence stakeholders and build strong partnerships across sales, product, compliance, and executive leadership teams
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Marketo, Seismic, Workfront or other marketing automation and CRM tools
- Strong analytical mindset with experience using data and insights to drive marketing effectiveness and business outcomes
