About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Deliver exceptional service to our clients by answering questions and resolving issues related to our products and services.
- Provide outstanding assistance and support to our restaurant partners, from onboarding new clients through to adoption of our tools.
- Handle incoming requests and create a positive experience for every client.
- Contribute to documenting our internal processes to streamline the client onboarding journey.
- Support the sale of products or services that better meet clients’ needs.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Strong organizational skills, a willingness to analyze client data, and adherence to internal processes.
- Ability to adapt quickly to your environment and proactively propose improvements.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Looking for a learning opportunity and highly motivated to exceed targets without fear of failure.
- Bonus: Familiarity with the restaurant industry.
