About the role
- Provide exceptional service to our clients by answering questions and finding solutions to issues related to our products and services.
- Offer outstanding assistance and support to our restaurant partners, from onboarding new clients to ensuring they are comfortable using our tools.
- Handle incoming requests and always strive to create a positive experience for every client.
- Contribute to documenting our internal processes to streamline the client onboarding journey.
- Participate in selling products or services that could better meet client needs.
Requirements
- You have excellent organizational skills, enjoy analyzing your clients’ data, and follow internal processes.
- You adapt quickly to your environment and proactively make suggestions for improvement.
- You possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- You are seeking a learning opportunity and are highly motivated to exceed your goals without fear of failure.
