About the role
- The Project Manager is responsible for the operational delivery of Boost’r & Care accounts, from commercial signature through ongoing service delivery.
- Ensures that deliverables are delivered on time, meet the commercial promise, and are coordinated across all internal teams.
- Take ownership of accounts from contract signing.
- Structure projects (schedules, milestones, priorities).
- Track progress through to delivery.
- Ensure a smooth, controlled customer experience.
- Orchestrate Sales, Account Managers, CSM, Design, and Tech teams.
- Facilitate communication and prevent silos.
- Resolve and anticipate priority conflicts.
- Maintain realistic and sustainable timelines.
- Monitor internal SLAs.
Requirements
- Proven experience in operational project management (SaaS, agency, operations, consulting, or multi-client environments)
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills
- Excellent cross-team coordination skills
- Comfortable working in fast-growing environments
- Ability to anticipate issues and manage escalations
- Rigor, reliability, and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication in French
- Experience in SaaS, foodtech, or delivery-oriented environments is a plus.
